or, in 30 minutes there will be love in my tummy... haha, silly am i. just got finished making a mozarella and tomato torte (sp?) with basil and fresh organic ingredients. and i made my own crust. now im just waiting for the timer on the oven to tell me when its finished. if i were to start all over i would have been a chef.
i wanna go to the beach. when i went last month it wasnt nearly enough time for me to spend in the ocean. ive also been watching laguna beach (i know i know, its the shallowness in me) and i hate that they can just jump in the water whenever they want. if i were to do it all over again, i would have gone to a college on the beach. ha
goodness, the telephone man FINALLY showed up. our phone stopped working around 3 in the afternoon yesterday (i think because of all the electrical work and what not they've been doing with the other new houses around they must've hit something) and when we called they were all, yeah, it'll probly be tomorrow. maybe. them bammas better fix it. if i were to ever think ahead, i would have gotten that wireless router so i wouldnt need the phone line to be online upstairs.
norskie and i decided that we always take the long way to do EVERYTHING. anyone else?
AND another thing... if you go HERE you can ask "vox" (or the people running vox) a question. any question, doesnt have to be technical or about the site (though most of them are) im not quite sure when they'll be answered but you could go to ask a question anyway. and yes - the threaded comment question has already been asked.
What do you usually do on Sunday?
no sunday is ever the same for me... today i went grocery shopping with my friend Ro and she made me cheese enchiladas (and herself and huband chicken enchiladas) and i made white chocolate macadamia cookies. so so good. haha, i guess i usually eat on sundays. and prepare for what im going to do in the week ahead.
(i just realized that would have been a really good title for the flavor of love show post)
anyway. this is to all the vegetarians/vegans. have you or do you know of anyone who has had an iron deficiency because of being a vegetarian? im thinking the reason why im so exhausted all the time (albeit lack of schedule) is that im not getting enough nutrients. im eating vegetable stiry frys, brown rice, peanut butter, silk (and sometimes ill have a little regular milk), cheese, fruits, sunflower kernels, nuts every so often and i take omega 3 vitamins. i was also looking it up the other day and they said that vegetarians are at high risk for several deficiencies (because most of the nutrients come from red meat). so what should i be eating? or in addition to all that what else can i eat/intake? i just dont want to be on a cocktail of vitamins just because ive given up meat.
